My 2012 consulting resolution is to stay more focused.

I resolve to hire more people. Lots more.

My 2012 Consulting Resolution – Continue to Consult Another Day.

Jennifer Beever:
My consulting resolution for 2012 is to double my speaking engagements for the year. I learned during Confab that consultants who speak 20 or more times a year get better results.

  • Mitch Dorger presented a workshop entitled, “Building Exceptional Boards” to the world convention of the International Festival and Events Association in Ft. Worth,Texas on October 4th.   • CMO for Hire Jennifer Beever CMC IMCP appeared on a panel of experts on social media at the Vistage All-City Event on September 27, 2011, in Los Angeles. She spoke during two sessions of the panel, “Social Media – What Business Owners Need to Know,” along with an HR Consultant, a Labor Employment attorney, and an ad agency owner. The All-City Event is an annual Vistage conference attended by approximately 300 business owners that includes presentations on leadership, marketing, finance and investing and more. Vistage is a peer-advisory membership group for business owners.
