Ernie Doud, CMC, is co-founder & managing partner of DoudHausnerVistar, a team of multi-disciplinary strategic advisors to family owned and privately held businesses. He is the creator of the “Six Transitions” approach to family business succession planning. He is the author of Hats Off to You: Balancing Roles and Creating Success in Family Business and The Evolution of Family Business and Family Wealth. He is also the author of numerous articles and is a frequent public speaker on strategic issues in family business succession. He began his consulting career in 1969. He holds a B.A. degree from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from UCLA. He is a Fellow of the Family Firm Institute, a CMC, and a past president of IMC SoCal. |

Pete Crosby, CMC, is Principal of CGR Management Consultants. He entered consulting in 1969 with A. T. Kearney in San Francisco as their youngest ever consultant. His experience covers most areas of supply chain management, including the buy, make, move, store, sell, deliver, and information communications activities. He holds a BS in engineering from UC Berkeley and two graduate degrees from the Department of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University and the Stanford Business School. He has conducted more than 215 management consulting engagements for clients. He is a CMC and a past president of IMC SoCal. |
